  • Mayorathon – Saturday, 4th May 2013

To: 7th Crawley Beaver, Cub and Scout membership; Leader Team and Group Executive

Dear all

Crawley Mayorathon 2013

Please see below – letter/ message from Coucillor Keith Blake; Mayor of Crawley and District Chairman of the Crawley District Scout Council.

Thank you in anticipation of your support. 50% of all monies collected will go directly to this Group, the remaining 50% will be given to Crawley District Scouts.

This event promises to be a great day out with lots of fun.  I have registered our Group’s commitment to this event.

I would also be grateful for volunteers from the Executive , Leader Team and parents to help man the two activities that we have signed up for on the day. I hope to set up a rota of two hour slots depending on the degree of support I get. When letting me know your availability could you indicate if you have a preferred time scale i.e. early morning/ late morning/ early afternoon/ late afternoon.

Regards

Paul
