Group Environment Award – Waterlea Meadow – 12th & 13th May 2012

 

During the weekend of 12th/ 13th May 2012 the Group, in association with the Crawley Borough Council “Let’s Face It Campaign”, took part in various conservation activities on Waterlea Meadow adjacent to the Scout Headquarters.   All those who took part qualified for the Scout Association Environment Partnership Award the majority of which were presented at the Group AGM that was held on 22nd June.  Over 70 Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Leaders, Parents and Supporters took part in this community activity
